PROREIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2026 DISTRIBUTION

MONTREAL, Sept. 22, 2026 /CNW/ -- PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT") (TSX: PRV.UN) announced today that a cash distribution of $0.0375 per trust unit of PROREIT for the month of September 2026 ($0.45 on an annualized basis) will be payable on October 15, 2026 to unitholders of record as at September 30, 2026.
