Meet Nova Scotia-based Alexandra Kelter, Property Manager & Sustainability Coordinator at Compass Commercial Realty, PROREIT’s property management division. In her over seven years in property management, she not only understands the importance of people and client relationships, but also credits them for the success of PROREIT and their tenants.

Kyran Williams

Manager, Financial Reporting at Compass Commercial Realty

Meet Kyran Williams, Manager, Financial Reporting at Compass Commercial Realty, PROREIT’s property management division. Kyran first joined as a co-op student nearly 10 years ago, before returning full-time as an accounting assistant and gradually taking on greater responsibility. Today, he is a key contributor to the financial reporting team for a large portfolio of properties, while also helping to coordinate budgeting and year-end recoveries.

“I am most proud of our work as a team for the successful implementation of a new accounting software a few years back. It was a significant project that required a great deal of coordination and everyone pulled together to achieve a smooth transition.”

When he’s not crunching numbers, Kyran likes playing board games with friends. “I really enjoy the competitiveness and strategy, as well as the opportunity to connect and unwind.” Mixing social and relaxing activities is how Kyran best recharges outside of work.
