PROREIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

MONTREAL, Feb. 20, 2024 /CNW/ - PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSX:PRV.UN) announced today that a cash distribution of $0.0375 per trust unit of the REIT for the month of February 2024 will be payable on March 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at February 29, 2024.
